Let's talk about how this project got going and where it's headed. It's like an ongoing saga, you know? There are so many different aspects to it, with plenty of ups and downs along the way. For me, it's been a real learning curve.

When I first joined the team at Cialfo, I already had some experience working on design systems from my previous job. We'd started building one there, but I didn't get to see it through because I decided to pursue other opportunities. What stood out to me in this journey is how important it is for designers, developers, and customers to all work together. You can't tackle a project like this without everyone playing their part.
